Seeing that it's the HSC (and this forum is rather deserted), do you have any regrets at the moment?

I can honestly say no. One of the pasy HSC students said in an advice thread (I can't remember who it was) "after an exam, no autopsies". I've really taken that on board and that's really helped me get through my past 3 exams. I've compared thoughts, but if I feel like I messed up in a section, I don't let it get to me. No point in making myself feel bad when there's nothing I can do! :)

1/ wish i chose music instead of "wanting to do something new" and choosing electronics in yr 9/10...

2/ wish i dropped physics instead of chemistry...

that's about it, i think... i'll come back and edit if i can think of more.

EDIT: 3/ Wish i did Jap...

Lmao. I have so many regrets that I don't think the post can fit them all. But... I'll try... lol nah.

1) Chose to do Physics instead of Business studies
2) Chose to do the radio ads instead of the easy report in my ESL paper2 (but i dunno if i could)
3) Chose to waste my time sitting around warimlessly instead of studying for all my subjects
4) Chose to drop 4u maths without even had time to really try it out. Thought I had physics to back my score up.. but HAHA how wrong I was.
5) should've resisted the temptation of all the tv shows... The simpsons, even tho i've seen it so manytimes... futurama (hell I dont even like it...), Australian Idol (why u have it nowwww?)

... So many regrets.. So less time to think over it x_x

1. Should have studied for English Paper 2 and not considered "doodling" on paper as satisfactory study.
2. Getting hooked onto television shows such as House and Scrubs.
3. Getting hooked onto MySpace
4. Spending waaaaay too much time on my blog

Good for you.

Everyone in my school knew that, even teachers. They said it is alright as long as I got good mark on assessment and understand what being taught. Therefore I got too complacent. That's the generalisation of what I regret.

Choosing subjects "that will scale high" rather than subjects that I enjoy studying...

but i guess if i enjoyed it, it wont be considered as studying would it?

Chemistry <-------i shall never touch that thing ever again after the friday after next

Fuck it, I've done what I've done- you can't change the past, so theres no point in regretting what you've done. Sure, I should've studied, shouldnt've procrastinated so much, but I did what I did and I can't change it now.

Not many regrets, just the fact that in year 10 i let teachers talk me into subjects i never was going to enjoy.

It's a bit late to have any 'regrets' no.. Once you've done a subject, just like sideshowtim said, move on!!

During your exams, DONT THINK ABOUT YOUR MARKS!!!!

Do the best you can and regreting anything will make you stressed.....

Trust me you made the right choice.
Maths ext 1 scales up.
Economics is a very useful subject much more useful than modern and A LOT easier!
dropping modern is probably the smartest choice an idividual can make!
