I have finished reading my prescribed text: Rainbows end, and I have no idea what to use as a related text. Anyone got any suggestions?

I'm also reading Rainbow's End, it's a wonderful read. Since my class is focusing on the discrimination and social issues side of human experiences, we also read an excerpt of "Black is the New White". It is a modern Aboriginal Australian play that also tackles social norms.

You could do other texts from previous high school years, especially Shakespeare texts, and find a link between them with a focus theme. It could be family, relationships, discrimination, love etc. as long as it connects to the human experience.
