No, there is another course which is the advanced stream, from what I know (requires separate enrolment and whatever else).

Point being that the mark scaling is pretty loose. The average doesn't have to be a credit, especially when 30% of the cohort is failing.

Bit unhappy with the torts mark, but otherwise a very decent semester. Doubt I can maintain it through the next few years though.

I just love how the Law kids always get Ds and HDs in their non-Law degree and always end up with far worse marks in their Law subjects, namely Ps and Cs. That just redefines the meaning of the word competition.
