i do it thru mcdonalds and they dont really tell me anything
Yeah, I'm doing it through McDonald's as well, I wouldn't be working there if I wasn't... actually, I probably would, I enjoy working quite a bit, really.
It scales quite poorly, apparently, but if you do really well, your marks would still be higher than another subject which scales well and in which you perform poorly.
I think the reason that maccas doesn't tell us anything is either: 1) They don't know and/or; 2) They don't care.
It just looks good to have X managers/crew who have completed Cert II
