^^ Sorry, me again. A proper 'line of best fit' includes the seemingly in error data. What you are refering to is fudging the numbers (and acedemic misconduct I might add)!

I think he means drawing a line of best fit using the erraneous data, and using the line to predict results, which is perfectly viable in both HSC physics and chemistry. Possibly other subjects (not including maths) as well, but I don't do those so they don't matter!!! :p

safety measures - remember eye protection ALWAYS!! wear gloves ALWAYS (we are told to even wear these while doing an exam....:))
