Our teacher gave us a question although I don't know how to answer it.
The question is
John gave Glen 100 dollars through an internet bank transfer, so Glen can buy an MP3 player to give to John. Glen took the money and spent it on clothes for himself and has ignored John ever since. Evalute the effectiveness of the law to the crime and the remedies john can use in order to get justice.
I spent a while thinking about this question knowing that from it's just ridicules. It's only $100 and it's basically penny theif. It will cost more to go to court to get this money back than it's worth. Still, I don't know how to say it isn't effective. This kind of stuff is on ACA shows so you can see it isn't effective.
