ah that's right, i remember hearing something liek that at court. thank asq.

What are the 3 ground for appeal? i remember one for to appeal the severity of the sentence, but what was the other two?

jury listen to evidence presented and decide beyond reasonable doubt the guilty or innocence of the accused
judge is in control of court proceedings..duty to sum up for the benefit of the jury.

I think they are the severity of sentence,
new evidence and if there has been an error made by the judge or counsel etc etc

yep that's the one

insufficient evidence for the jury’s verdict to be supported
a wrong decision at law was made
a miscarriage of justice.
