Room available in modern, clean townhouse only 15 min walk from Mac Uni, close to shops and buses, to share with 2 female 20yr old Aussie students. The room itself is empty, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. Security undercover parking available. If you're starting uni or moving from outside of Sydney we're happy to show you around and help you settle in. We're after a flatmate who won't keep to themselves entirely, because we enjoy going out, shopping etc

Rent is $125 pw plus bond and expenses (broadband intenet is available)
