I realise that there is already a Rove thread, but I wanted to start a new one for this years series.

Also, this thread is exclusively for discussion of the show. If you don't like the show and post things like "Rove sucks!" "He is not funny" etc, please don't. It's fine that you don't like the show, no-one is forcing you to watch. But please don't make this into a bashing thread.

New series starts on Sunday April 1 at 8:30pm Ch 10.

I actually think it will be more of a hit now that it is on a sunday night.

I think its the type of show that most people wouldnt stop doing other things to watch, but on a sunday night - theres not much to do/watch - so rove will probably win.

I have that feeling too. He won't win straight away, but I feel that the first show will do well because some people will be curious to see how he is now. Then a little drop, but up again once BB and Idol start.

Quite a smart move actually.

Have you seen what it's up against? It's going to be up against Grey's Anatomy and CSI, which are both popular TV shows, especially Grey's. I don't know how Rove Live will cope at this time slot... but we'll see.

aw I just saw the rove live ad. he looked so sad, imo. you could tell he was putting on a fake smile :'(

Is it definetely back on the 1st of April? I was sure that the ad i saw said the 8th.. I remember it well because i noticed it was the same day as easter.. And i laughed cause Rove was returning on the same day that some fictional character "returned' about 2000 years ago..
