I got in at 1 and started to watch it. I fell asleep.

That's one boring church and dress.

have to say, those wedding guests umm... not many of them have good fashion sense, but then again they are 'royalty' LOL...

I like the wedding dress though.

Didn't get to see the balcony scene my TV signal was wavering and it eventually screwed up during the carriage parade. So I might as well go to bed. LOL

I fell asleep! I fell asleep to hymns and when I woke up, they were still singing hymns.

The church was boring too, couldn't get over the roses.

LOL, oh yeah, I was half asleep half awake when they were singing hymns. But somehow I survived. hehe... is it just me, or is Mary Donaldson seems to be losing that 'Aussie' touch?

I haven't heard her speak, so I don't know. But she did move to Copenhagen a few years ago.

One of my rellies was there....

If you watched that TV special on Wednesday night (blushes and looks guilty lol) you would have heard her talk.... she has this polished accent with a nordic lilt now, she doesn't sound aussie at all.

She was working as a real estate agent.... I think she did do law at the uni of tassie because that's where my relative met her, they went to uni together.

nah, i am not sure about this but Govenor General went. So I assumed that an invitation was sent but GG became the representative. I read in an article that he wasn't going to send a wedding greeting coz GG would be doing it.

so I just thought he might be bitter about it. LOL

It seems quite ironic that you criticise the Danish royal family for being 'too good' and then use exactly the same argument in reverse fashion against her uni.
