I am in a city which is about -5 to about 5 degrees everyday. If I was going to go for a run, I was wondering what do I need to do to prevent myself from catching a cold or getting sick?? I heard take a hot shower after the run.

thanks

I would think going from cold to an immediate hot is not a good idea. Dunno, wear more clothes?

I was thinking trackpants (which has two layers), and a undershirt and a long sleeve shirt over. You guys reckon it's enough?

If you feel cold then it's probably not enough.

What more is there to enlighten you with dumb dumb head?

A cold is an infectious viral disease. You catch a cold from coming into direct contact with persons or objects that have been touched with persons who have the viral infection.

You don't get 'colds' from being cold. It has been proven. Google it. It's even been shown that being cold (cold and not hypothermia) does not compromise your immune system enough to make you more vulnerable.

I've got a solution for keeping warm when jogging -

It's because you fail at every other aspect of conveying emotions through text. The sarcasm was lost because I have determined you're a fucking dickhead, based on your previous postings.
