Identify the use of electrolysis as a mean of cleaning and stabilising lead.

im not sure but isn't the process same as silver? can any one confirm this please?

you put lead as the cathode, with stainless steel anode in 0.5M NaOH soln and do electrolysis...
Cathode rx: PbCl2+2e- --->Pb + 2Cl-
Anode rx: 2H2O --->O2 +4H+ +4e-
