What are the forces that act on a satellite in orbit? Is it just centripetal force (Gravitational attraction between the Earth and the satellite) ?

No.

You also have atmospheric drag. But that is normally minimal.

Doesn't that depend if the satellite is LEO or geostationary? If its geostationary that means there is no atmospheric drag right?

No, all satellites suffer from it, it's the air particles that slows it down...slowly and slowly.
