Currently in english adv we are doing satire and I lost my list of satirical techniques...and I need them for an assignment. Does any one know a good site where I could find them? Or could someone tell me the meanings of humour, lampoon and parody?

If you need proper definitions I suggest you try dictionary.com or something.

Pretty much lampooning is to send something up. A parody would is something that mocks or makes a statement about something else, usually a serious issue, in a comical manner. Humour is humour.... everyone knows wat humour is If you want, you could also check out the Module C: Telling the Truth section for "Frontline" in the 2006 HSC Forum That should have some overviews of what satire is etc.
