Does a significant amount of scholarship money affect one's Youth Allowance? For example, if a Scientia Scholar applied for youth allowance would their payment be any lower because of their 10k/year?

I think with youth allowance, if you have something like $11000 in your bank account then you stop getting paid. Also, you have to declare your scholarship when applying otherwise if they find it suspicious to be getting regular payments and they find out, you might end up having to pay some money back.
