I applied for co-op and got nothing - all the kids that did get it were rural kids :angry:

But i got an interview for RTA civil engineering... doubt i'll get it but you never know

True that a large majority of coop interviewees were rural, but a few weren't. I had 5-7 kids in my Chem Eng group(excluding me) who weren't rural.

At UNSW they were all rural... but go you! Local kids represent

yeh i got a shortlist (not as great as a cond offer :'( ) and im not rural
