Hey, i was wondering how scholarships work? My friend got offered a scholarship to UTS for BIT (Bachelor of IT). It says on the website that it is expected that the student will have a 90 ATAR. If my friend achieves like 80, would she get into that course?

BIT is a coop right?
It means that if she's guaranteed a position if she gets 90, but even if she doesn't they will consider her based on the strength of her interview/application.
So its a case by case thing, and they accept people from 80s-90s, but obvious people with lower atars would have to have been really impressive in their interview
