For my school leadership we are required to do two tasks. They must be complex, ie planning and development to create something complex.
Examples of this would be planning for an open day or something along the lines of that.

Any idea forum?

Maybe organizing a large fundraising day such as the World's Greatest Shave (though it's too late to organize that one now)?

Have some sort of whole school event. At my school last year we had a "School Spirit Week" which was pretty cool. There was a dance, teachers vs students sport, multicultural day and a few other things I can't remember off the top of my head.

If ur hardcore about leadership I suggest actively looking for any issues in the wider community and seeing how ur school can address that. Ask around the student nody and pinpoint important issues that need to be addressed. Then go about dealing with them
