Very boring, not very gung-ho like some you see. Its even a public school, but it sounds religious .

Incidently, my school crest (badge, thing, whatever) is a hand holding a torch, but looks like a hand holding a Maccas softserve.

meh, why not ? Now I'm curious - I didn't even realise it wasn't english, although looking at it now it does seem it.

Our principal went to Syd Girls like 1000 billion years ago and she's always telling us how our motto is crappy compared to Syd Girls

Which is Kinda uncanny since my primary school motto was:

"To higher things"

I believe it's a global conspiracy to put me in schools supposedly moving higher (towards an enlightened place???). ALthough i've been more of an stationary passenger in both of them.
