ok at our school its sumthin like this:

- models inc. (the really stylish designer wearing chicks)
- the woggish lebs, theres alot of them
- the aussified lebs, they have full on aussie accents, a dress sense, money, & play sports
- the asians (subdivided in2 a couple of groups, like the gangstas, the nerds n the bimbos)
- the artistic types, theyve got their own band n stuff
- the ghetto. its this group of urban types & FOBS (samoans, pacific islanders etc) who hang out at this once place at lunch at school.

theres a couple of others but cant think of names 4 them...

its really hard to divide my year up into stereotypes because even though there were different groups everyone talked to everyone. someone might have their own stereotype- the encyclopedia or the jock, but generally they were friends with people of a different sterotype so there were no specific group stereotypes only indivdual ones. everyone pretty much got along so i guess there's:
1. the strange people who nobody can remeber their names so they are known only by their nickname. (derro-scrunchy girl, big head boy, mundine ect.) there was only about 3 of them.
2. everybody else.

4 main groups out of 70 or so pple

* The aussies - otherwise known as the popular pple

* The wogs - subdivided into:
- wog chicks
- wog tryhards (incl. nerds (who in reality sucked at school, unpopular pple)
- Various Mafias (leb, italian, russian)

* The fun pple ( the pple who were always somehow laughing and having a good time - u know who u are!!)

* The girls ( a small group of girls with each person who got along with at least 1 other group really well ) if that makes sense

I was a member of the wogs, but defected to the girls.

( mmmm personal joke, guess you have to be there)
Yeah i know what u mean about hanging out with a few best friends. That was the same for my group...at the beginning of year 11 there were so many of us and then some either dropped out or changed schools so we turned into a small group. In community and family studies we started out with 5 of us to a table and i was the only one left on that table by the time year 12 came!! I guess its good coz those of us that did stay just grew closer....:)

Yeah, it's good when your group is just a bunch of best friends. But I think most of us look at it that way because we can't place ourselves. At my school we have the-

Boarder Boys (part of everyone else)
Boarder Girls (part of everyone else)
Scabby/nerdy/computer freak boys (only bout 8 of them)
A bunch of girls who are from a neighbouring town and 'too good' for the rest of us.
The quiet girls (part of everyone else)
Everyone else - sporty, smart, funloving, ppl from the neighbouring town who aren't too good, singers, skegs, i mean everyone.
