· Chemistry + Wileyplus registration card + 2010 Media Flyer

· Chemistry + Si Chemical Data 6e + Wileyplus registration card + 2010 Media Flyer

Why are all the CHEM1101 bks only recommended/ which was the most useful?

PSYCH1001:
· Writing essays & Research reports in Psyc

· Psychology Themes and Variations
Psyktrek 3 cd rom + access card package

· Study guide
Which was the most useful for Psychology coz I saw one of the bks and its massive, do we ever need to bring gigantic bks to uni?

For psych I found the essay guide useful, but I only looked at the textbook a few times. As long as you go to lectures, it's not needed, although it can be useful to clarify things. And I only used psyktrek once to see what it was, then never used it again

The Chem books are only recommened as you receive all the necessary information in lectures and they serve purely as a reference, so just pick the one which suits your learning style the best, if you decide you need one.

The Chem textbook recommended is rather helpful for clarifying things you're not so sure on, but apparenly Silberberg is good too. Sometimes you may have a lecturer who refers you to the book to answer questions, but there's always the library copies.

Yeah the chem book is a waste of money. Pay attention in lectures and anything that isn't explained in the lectures well enough can be looked up on the internet.

I used my book maybe 5 times the whole year. So not worth it.
