I am wondering if I am one of the only people in the state who do all 3 businessy subjects (Legal, Economics, Business), as I am the only one in my school, but plenty seem to be doing the three crappy sciences (Biology, Physics and Chemistry). I do physics but hate it.

So everyone vote, what is better SCIENCE or BUSINESSY SUBJECTS

I prefer Science over business subjects :) But I think I know one that does Legal, Economics and Business

You must be good at maths since you did MX1 and MX2 this year :)

In a technical sense (I think), Economics, Business Studies and Legal Studies are science subjects. They are called social sciences....

Economics, Legal and Business are not businessy they are social sciences
It would be better to space them out. Say 2, of this and 1 of that.
These are the social science subjects ranked in order of difficulty
1. Economics
2. Legal
3. Business

Biology, all i know, is the easiest of the three sciences.

I oppose doing all 3 of either. I'd say combining 2 social sci with bio, phys, chem or something like sdd or a language or even modern history.

A fair few people at my school do all 3 of those subjects that you dub as "businessy" subjects... I believe there are about 8 people at my school who do all three, including many that do two.

Business and legal
much better than say chem and bio....

I dropped chem the day b4 yr 11 started :p
chose IPT instead
that was not much better but that technology not business

i did bio but
was crap and I dropped it at the end of yr11
rank was really bad

however for HSC
legal and business rankings were 1
enough said.

Science is not the way to go
business is :D

I wish i did economics instead of maths or bio!

I'm doing 2 sciences and a social science, ie physics chem and ecos. I like the combo, instead of all three together.

Doing all 3 social sciences is an advantage imo. The 3 interlink and I find that I can use business concepts in economics, for example.

I actually find legal studies the hardest. I really dislike memorising legislation and chunks of information by heart - soo boring.

There are lots of students doing all 3 social sciences at my school!

depends really, i would prefer business since i suck at science and i find them quite interesting. but business studies in particular has crap scaling ! a 90 in it is equivalent to like a 70-75 in chem, but correct me if im wrong

Especially Chemistry, something like half the cohort dropped it at my school. Nobody could be bothered because so many people hated it.

Hardly anyone dropped either at my school. Most dropped physics; I don't blame them.

in reality you should do atleast one science but if you totally rock at all three business subjects then go for it. but do you? i mean those subjects don't scale as great as chem and physics and physics isn't too hard.
