I forgot to do a case study. (0 reference to case study)

I wrote a pretty decent essay, 17/20+.

What will my mark be capped at? OMFG.............................

I think its 13/20 if you just say the syllabus points. So if you had a 20 response lacking a case study, so I don't see why you won't get at least 15.

That section 4 part violated me in places I haven't been violated before.

Wrote 7 pages for both.

Very hard. I didn't even use a frickin case study i just said "virgin blue" a couple of times and thats it. expecting <10 .

What sorta case studies did people use for the finance question? I did the ethical behaviour question though as my case studies were better suited to that.

For the marketing ethics one I did Apple Inc., McDonalds, Nike, Qantas and Marlboro

No, you don't need to make reference to case studies for the business report. But you can.

Yeah I used Adidas for ethical behaviour as a compliment to marketing and Volkswagen as a representation of legal compliance to ethical advertising, and just went on heaps about consumer law, Thank bejesus for Legal Studies

Product Quality - TQM, Kaizen, Logistics and Distribution Audit, Product Design. Suggested that the product quality and labelling may be an act of work bans and sabotage by the employees as an act of industrial dispute which linked nicely to my next arguments
Promoted employment relations, the formulation of an enterprise agreement, a safety audit and liaison as the company employed more than 20 people, then a rewards program to boost employer relations
