Kevin Rudd has a legal right to have you take it down too, btw. As well as claim the name because you're 'impersonating' him...if I understand right.

i think its illegal. you didn't pay for the site so i don't think you can make profit out of something you havent paid for. same problem occurs with gaming as well with people selling their accounts on ebay. i think it's the same sort of concept with this situation.
