Just finished my claw essay.
Now to start on my govt essay:

pick any social `problem' and identify the range of policy instruments that are used to deal with this problem, examining whether different types and/or combinations of instruments might be more effective.

I'll probally do underage drinking given Rudd's policy response (raising taxes) has got me quite angry.

It has worked in other nations though. Switzerland had a huge underage and young adult binge drinking problem, and after taxing alcopops, the % of youth binge drinking dropped significantly

Tbh, i'm more concerned with paying more for my alcopop than whether or not the policy works :p

Alcopops are gay anyway.

I can only drink one or two before I get all burpy. And I don't even get tipsy enough for my drunken confidence to consider that attractive.

Nah, they're gayly carbonated.

It's why I love vodka and some sort of juice. No carbonation, and juice is totally healthy...
