So basically, P&G produce a lot of products which are similar to others but at outrageous prices?
...not really.

Shampoos/Conditioners
Herbal essences = average price, awesome fragrances
Pantene = above average price, fantastic quality conditioners and ingredients
Wella = salon-quality products, at lower prices than other competitors
Duracell = same price as energiser, although apparently marginally better quality in that it lasts longer
Head & Shoulders = the best shampoo out there (imo better than even salon quality products). Anti-dandruff benefits are a bonus

Skincare
SK-II = much higher priced than most other products, but the quality and efficacy is amazing
Olay = medium priced, good quality to match the price

and so on. basically, quality and efficacy of the product are affected by the price, so options are available for all consumers. as amber said, it caters to all types of people.

Yeah.
I've heard its better to do HR within a recruitment/hr type of agency.
not always. Recruitment is a different type of HR to say, development. P&G have different HR functions, and HR managers are generally very respected, and do get rewarded very well (financially, and in terms of how others treat them). Different organisations place different values on HR.

lol don't turn this thread into a sales pitch, faggot

Right now I'm interested in all areas of HR. Though eventually I would love to move in to Training & Development. So what P&G offers is very much what I would to find. Hopefully a lot of the other companies will do as well.

...it'd be pretty hard to ship icecream to your house :p awesome site though
Probably, but in America they do it. I remember watching one of those Oprah's Favourite Things episodes and she had an ice cream that she ABSOLUTELY loved and you can get it sent to your door. << No wonder Americans are soo fat!

Yeah but that's Oprah. If she wants a hippopotamus she just calls the zoo and they'll deliver it for her.

Heads & Shoulders are the only shampoo I ever use. P&G must be doing something right with their advertising. It also helps that the shampoo has a great texture and works too!

I use pantene.

My hair is extremely awesome.
