I was wearing a big black coat all day so if I didn't have one it wasn't me. I'm medium height, about 6"0. I like long walks and sunsets on the beach.

what i say goes. plus liek, have you seen the amount of science buildings on campus? 50,000 cigarette smokers can't be wrong!

Incidentally, our chemistry lecturer last week mentioned some campus 2020 plan, and neither the chemistry nor transient nor carslaw buildings are featured in the plan. i.e. they're set to be demolished, apparently. That'd be kinda pooey if it were true. I think that carslaw has a really cool old flavour to it that I wouldn't like to see gone. Couldn't give a crap if the chemistry and transient buildings were torn down though.

and campus 2020 involves redeveloping that area of campus? sweet. not that i'll be around then, but those buildings are a blight on eastern avenue/fisher road.

valid means that the premises logically follow from one another. soundness has to do with whether those premises are true. so while an argument might be full of holes in terms of facts, if the premises logically follow then they call that "valid" (obviously doesn't mean the same thing it does in every day speech).

I can't be sure, but that sounds like something I said. It's grown on me. It's like, it has a retro feel to it now that I'm used to it. Maybe with some additions to the Victoria Park side (where it's basically a brick wall) it could be a real landmark to the uni.

i don't think there is. there were (supposedly*) extra benefits for people who bought online before oweek, but i don't think they apply anymore.

*i never received any of them, filling me with rage and cynicism
