i love labs! bio especially, coz we get to do funky stuff (and it has nothing to do with the people present in the lab!)
had my geog computer lab today, it was meant to take 2 hrs and i did it in 40 mins, lol.
Biology labs are tolerable, it's about 60% work, 40% social.

Chemistry labs on the other hand..

No. Thats the whole point. Total Autonomy.
Yeah now we are autonomous, but the impression I was getting from evilc was that he was saying that we used to be part of the University of New South Wales and now we celebrate our autonomy on Autonomy Day. Maybe I misinterpreted:).

So you would rather go to a Lab than have the time off:eek:?

We went through Chapter 13 of the textbook. The textbook is: Horngren et. al. and Atrill et. al., 2004, ACFI 1020 Financial Management, University of Newcastle, Pearson Education Australia, Frenchs Forrest, Sydney, NSW (Special Edition). We also use our old ACFI 1010 textbook in this course:).

The Co-ordinator is Krish Naidoo, who I think was also our Lecturer, but I can't remember exactly. I don't really know what you mean by "do you know if there's a course with materials on it", sorry:).
How'd you go through the textbook? He read through it, or what?

Wtf do we need our ACFI1010 textbook for? Is it similar to 1010?

Sorry, I meant is there a website with course materials on it?

No, he gave us a handout and he read through his overheads and we wrote in the answers to his examples (based on Chapter 13 of the textbook):).

The course is basically a continuation of ACFI1010. You know how in ACFI1010 you finish by touching on Partnerships? Well we just started off with Accounting for Partnerships. Also, you know how we only used the first half of the ACFI1010 textbook? Well we use the second half of the textbook for some chapters and the ACFI1020 textbook for others:).

I don't think so:).
