I need an extra unit thats 3-4 hours per week to fill up my last spot. Looking in the eco/business area. Any good subjects anyone could recommend that arent too hard for someone who hasnt even touched anything close to this area in high school?

accounting is only 3 hours per week (ACCT1001: 2hrs lecture and 1 hr tute), and it's really simple and straightforward. A long as you know how to add up and subtract numbers on the calculator you'd be fine!

A claw unit may be interesting but i think itll be hard to compete with those having done it for a semester.
Marketing research shouldn't be too difficult to catch up on since this sem wasn't about research.

not really, well it is 6cp... but i spend about 3hrs a week of private study on it, (1hr doing the compulsory tute questions, and another 2 hours reading the textbook and doing the optional self-study questions) and i think i'm doing ok. Came equal 10th in the mid semster exam with a few other people (out of approx 1000). If you understand the lecture materials it's fairly straightforward.acmilan said:
