I recently bought the book and it didn't come with the cassette!

Where do I go to reclaim it? I mean, it's suppose to be included with the price on the textbook, right?

In the textbook it says 'Use the accompaning audio tapes' so I'm assuming that it's suppose to come with the textbook.

No fair though. I really wanted audio tapes. I'm a total failure at listening exams.
