cant find the following rules for these patterns:

1) 14, X, X, X,70

2) 2, X , X , X, 39, 54

3) 7, X, 32, X, 77, X

4) 51, X, X, X, 3

Probably best placed in the 2 unit section....

Anyway, 1 and 4 are easy.

1: 14, 28, 42, 56, 70 ... Rule is Tn = 14n

3: 7, 17, 32, 52, 77, 107 ... Not an AP or GP, just add successive multiples of 5.

4: 51, 39, 27, 15, 3 ... Rule is Tn = 63 – 12n

definately 2 unit, havent done that in general maths before...than again i have never been bothered in it.
