All you need is a good tutor. I had the same tutor in DSS and Comp Arch and killed both

On a similar note, I was really bored at work one day and made this spreadsheet to help me plan out my degree...works out WAM, UOC done etc etc. Its good to use if you started uni in 2003 otherwise you'll just need to change some labels and things around to suit yourself.
