Hey guys - just doing criminal law stuff and i was trying to figure out whether sexual assault consitites a crime of basic intent or a crime of specific intent
I have - its not an extensive list and the only makes reference of assault with intention to have sexual intercourse. So while its not on the list it could possiblystill be a crime of speicific intent but i can seem to find anything in our crim text book or on the laws of australia which specifics

If the attempt has specific intent, wouldn't it be safe to say the actual act of it would too? Meh I haven't done Criminal law yet and am most likely 100% wrong but I can't wait *green with envy goes back to reading the Civil Liability Act 2002(NSW)*
