i need help on my research task assessment for legal studies

Evaluate the effectiveness of the legal system in resolving disputes between landlords and tenants.

In your answer you should:

hmmm well obviously you are doing the Shelter option.....

Such a question is basically a reguititation of whats in your textbook really,

umm i suggest a rather simple linear essay structure, with a bit of synthesis.

Just address each of the points given; its basically the what the structure of the essay should be.

Mmm ok, i just need help how to start with and to end, because that's the hard thing about essays, what to talk about in the intro and conclusion, that what gets me

have you handed it in yet? if not, there's a good way to get marks for this essay. talk about issues, talk about how they are addressed, what needs to be improved and don't forget to link a case study with each of the issues you talk about.

be sure that when u are doing this assessment if u havent already handed it in put in and outline the main role of the Redsidential Tenancy Tribunal, and put in all the relevant acts and outline how they relate to landlords and tenants. also put in a table the roles of tenants and landlords and the rights of landlords. this will help when u are showing the effectiveness of the law relating to landlords and tenants. this was my best area for long response in my trials.

residential tribunal doesnt exist.. its the CTTT now isnt it?

no there is still the residential tenancy tribunal but it might actually vary in different states around australia. but always remember to put the rights and duties of both the tenants and landlords because that will show the markers that u no what u are talking about. also remember to tlak about the relevant acts that go with shelter and also write down the universal decleration's statement, "everyone has the right to shelter".
