lol i have same prob sometimes
randomly feels like ur heart jst hurts, feels like something is squeezing ur chest together. Only happens if i eat too much junk food and stuff with high energy
After u cut them off, u'll be okay

it's not usually that .. it might feel like it's coming from where your heart is, but it's pretty uncommon for your actual heart to have pains like that, it's generally from somewhere else in your chest. it's pretty easy to freak out and convince yourself it's your heart, which makes you nervous and it beats faster, so you become even more sure that it's what it is .. but yeah, generally it's not.

I get constant chest pains where the heart/around that area. i just ignore it even though i know theres probably something wrong.
