nah see with a unitary perspective, CEo's believe that all managers should be uniform in their beliefs and anything that different ..that is any opposing forces or opinions are regarded as disloyalty. :)

It's an easy question, you are interpreting the question wrong. Basically it's saying the CEO has a unitary perspective, and as one of the managers disagreed he is seen as being disloyal.
