i think both of them have their good bits, it's not really a kid's movie because a lot of the stuff goes over their heads with the innuendo and stuff but it's still a good movie, no thinking required unless you really want to understand and appreciate the humour

Lots of hilarious pop culture referances although at times I think a laugh rests too much on these referances... Character developement is ten times better than the first one. Well done Dreamworks.

Just saw the second today and it was great!
I'm personally a sucker for well placed pop and real life culture references so I was satisfied on that front.
Did you remember to sit and wait for the credits to finish to see the last scene? ;)

Argh I hate that, I always forget to wait till after the credits,
I thought it was kinda disapointing, I mean it was funny but it wasn't like incredibly amusing, and the whole thing was kinda predictable.
It was alright but I dont reckon its worth forking out 11 dollars to see. Wait till it comes on video.

SPOILERS I think

I liked it. Mainly for the little things. The animation was much nicer and detailed. Other little things I liked we the hairnet, the way Charmin eats his meal, 'Dad' calling a hit on Shrek.

It was nice to get Cleese in there too, he's is too underrated.
