Let's say a certain someone, i.e. me, is getting around 95% in 2U and 75%-85% in 3U. Should I try 4U?

Absolutely! You'd be crazy not to with those kind of marks.

75%-85% is actually decent and if you maintain these standards and put in the work/effort consistently, it'll set you up well for 4U. Don't worry about it. You seem to be on top of your basics, which really does provide the framwork for doing more difficult mathematics.
