That's because you aren't putting the whole URL inside the tags:

Fix the link (i.e., use http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/4449/mysignsm3.th.gif rather than http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/4...signsm3.th.gif) and remove the url tags from your signature and you should be fine .
