ok, once and for all, do zeros after a decimal point count?

eg 3 sig fig = 0.0342 or 0.034???

the first one you put is right, but i think the best way to do it is put it in scientific notation, ie:

0.00342 = 3.42*10^-3

nah germans either use 'z' or 't' or 's' instead of 'th' if they can't say it normally. trust me ive been there.
