Yes, we have a lot of new resources to add once the new site is done. :gridnod:

the new design would follow the current scheme.
It'll look a bit more spiffy, but will still retain the simpleness, the niceness and yes... the blueness.

I get the impression Tim likes blue...

Mark, are you going to do anything to/about the forums? :p

i agree...

say, people who haven't posted for a month, or perhaps those with zero posts (we have 528 of those, and 1227 members with <5 posts: some may be new, whilst others may have just forgotten/moved on from the forums...) could be notified by email, and if nothings done in say, a week or two, their account could be deactivated.

i second that idea, but what about pple who aren't interested in the 'social' side of the forums and just want to ask one or two questions about a specific subject/ topic.

isn't that why the site was originally created. I think u should only deactivate the accounts of pple who have finished the hsc and have under 50 posts or no longer contribute to the forums.

i reckon there should be a timer-thing ... where if you dont post for a certain amount of time you account is frozen and then deleted (after email notification) ...

I think a month without posting is a bit harsh. Someone may only have three or so questions all year. I dont know much about computers, is it a pain in the ass having so many members?
