meh dude ppl write enough paragraphs at uni so i don't think anybody really cares on here unless ur a grammar freak, if ppl wanna read it or not its up to them XD

The only times I cant sleep are if I am really stressed. So for me, its more the being extremely stressed, rather than the lack of sleep that gives me zits.

Same with junk food. I binge on junk when I've got my period. And its the hormones than give me the zits, not the food.
