Smashed by internals, smash externals - decent atar possible? (1 Viewer)

I know it does depend on the ranking because if internal marks are terrible but you're ranked top 5 and they were just hard, you're pretty good to go. However, what if you're at the half way mark or below for rankings and your school's standard isn't particularly high (say, >150 ranking). Is it still possible to get a decent atar if you just snap and rank top 10 in all subjects during the final exam? Decent being 80+.

It's quite unlikely but I'm just curious.

Unless all your subjects are like that, I doubt it
