Soso.

I got the UAC today and saw my course - Exericse and Sports Science - at NSW uni was only an 80.05. Sweet.

Anyways I'm not going to ask how "hard" or "easy" it is to get an above an 80 but I do want anyones comments or inputs as to if they think im on the right track or not from their experiences.

My subjectrs (and ranks) are.

Adv Math - 40-50th ranking out of 70-80 students
Adv English - Middle
Senior Science - 1st
Modern History - 5th out of 23. We have a very, very strong modern faculty though, most people are averging 75%+. Our teachers aren't soft neither, they're HSC markers and 1 of them even helps set the Modern HSC exam.
Chemistry - 20 out of 26 Raw mark of say 60/100 so far

Basically im going to fuck up my trials and drop quite a few ranks

What do you guys think? can I kill the HSC and get my coveted 80 or not?

if you work, then yes its definately possible
why why you're up late! Thanks for the reply.

yes, I'll work, but seriously my marks will drop a fair bit (and thus my ranks) from these trials.

Ive heard stories of people pretty much only studying for trails (and doing in different before that) and getting bands 4's/5's and getting a moderate 80's UAI. You reckon "these people" are bullshitting or actually are the real deal?

ps. my mate Rowney is a queer.

That is all.

Stop going to raves. Then you'll be ok.

If not, 80-80UAI? Impossible.

eh...

What i mean is: start studying and stop screwing around.

There's this jackass in my grade who's still raving even tho exams are on.

He's gonna have a long, painful life.

Could you be more specific on that, do you mean:

Memorise as much as I can ?
Spend much more time on schoolwork ?
Or spend time up in the library every recess and lunchtime studying like a nerd ?

Appreciate elaboration ..

she means just studying hard in general
includes memorisation of notes
practice essays
practice maths questions
youve got 2 and a bit months left so use this time wisely

You can do it markz =) You sound like a smart kid.

Also, I'm reasonably sure teachers can teach and set the HSC exam. My SDD teacher said he used to (whilst teaching).

it will just be infair thats all... :p

He chooses not to sell his soul to the BOS. Believe me, I've been there.
