ah is it true half you guys get your internship without being payed because that really sucks

I don't know, where do you get your figures from?

Some people don't get paid, some get paid macaz style, some get decent pay

Yeah I was talking to a 4th year guy and he said hes not sure about the 2nd half of the internship,but the first 1/2 of the internship apperently half the people dont get paid

(which sounds reasonable considering all you would have learnt is mathematical and physical modeling and an intro to your major bascically )

can you verify on that?

Well the people I know who did and are doing the internship all get paid.

Part of the EPP1 subject is going to a session where you listen to people that just did their intership. The ones I heard they also got paid.

Even though you do crappy subjects in the first year, you can still get a decent internship, it just depends on you and how hard you look

I was ment to be doing an internship now but because I haven't found a good place yet I rather study till I find a decent place
The internship is the only reason I'm at UTS
