I know it can be hard to predict what
the next UAI cut off for a particular course will be, but who
thinks they may have just got in to B Des in Vis Comm?

I'm still as nervous as ever about Uni offers that come out
on the 17th! >_<

I hope you guys and girls can get in your preferences, but if not
remember there are other paths, (I keep telling myself this )

I think I can for the single degree and was hoping to do it.

I got 97.7, but I'm also interested in Interior Design, currently it's my first preference. ( B Interior Design/ International Studies at UTS)

The opportunity to work with a large monumental scale kind of attracts me.

Yeah, I'm currently choosing between interior design and vis comm
also...hmmm...decisions decisions

Both are equally appealing, but I'll have to think about it further soon.
They are both the only two courses I truly want to study.

I may see you next year if we both end up at UTS design?!

I'm not sure if this discussion has been overdone yet, but who here thinks there is a great possibility the UAI cut off for vis comm will go up this year since hsc students reportedly performed 'better' in 2007?

Taking into account it doesnt go up more than 3 or so points.

If not, I'm equally happy doing industrial design. =)

Yeah "shesays" I also thought the UAI cut off for vis comm
would go up, except not particularly because this year's students "performed better", but rather due to the introduction of the UTS bonus scheme...

This year's cut-off for Vis Comm went through the roof.

lol, I started this thread when I still had Vis Comm as my first preference.
Since then I've switched waaay too many times, and now it looks like I'm doing Interior Design. yay!
