Sure it is. A third year subject of yours: 354.

How can you go good on paper 2 and mess up on paper 1?

Why does everyone check the out of date handbook?

Go to the actuarial department website, and look for the "handbook" (just a pdf file) of the actuarial units.

so how is 354? is it 211-ish? i went ok in 211 but i hated most of it, specially the earlier concepts. that problem solving thing does not work well for me...

Finished :D

I'm not sure about library fines. Last semester I was sure I had a book in overdue, but I never got a letter. I would guess that they would send you a letter, seeing the library sends letters for book holds and things like that. They have to let you know somehow.

You could always ring SES because you have to pay the fine to them (and thus you'll be on the system).

It depends on how lazy the library staff seem to be. Its not an automatic fine, and its just a case of "could get" a fine rather.

They usually send them out via email, but you can check on your library catalogue account.

Go into the catalogue, then there should be login, and login in and then click on borrower, and there should be a list of stuff there, such as renew and fines :)

i know ppl that are doing econ201 this summer - or did it last summer. its a good option - clears up space in case u don't get exemptions (u'r an actuary, hey?).
its also easier to get a D, or so i hear. not that many assessments.

but u need the dough.

we dont get letters anymore if u think u will have a fine u have to go to the student services finance part tell them give them ya student card yet in most cases (happned to me twice now) the library staff are so lazy i havent been fined for late books.

There are more assessments i would say. You have to do every tutorial, which sucks wang.

if i don't pay my fine, are they unable to fail me too? i'd much prefer mute results.
Yes, they can still fail you. It's just that you won't find out about it.
