Hey guys.
i do a regular amount of excersize and eat healthily and not too much.

i am generally happy with my body (except for some weight gain upon starting on the pill again) but i have noticed something.

my ass used to be super firm and perky, something i took for granted until swimsuit season...
last weekend i got out the swimmers and realised that they now cut into my butt cheeks like they never used to. i then realised that i get VPL (visible panty line) under clothes where this was never an issue for me.

this isnt about weight, or about fitness, because i am pretty happy with both of those, but i just want to know how to firm up the butt.

squats? lunges? what?

or do some people just have soft bodies?

cycling - firm up yr butt whilst getting some fairly epic cardio
other than that - yeah - there are lunges and squats - but i hate doing them
join a kickboxing class or something. you'll feel your bum then

Lie on you side and raise your leg in the air then bring it down. Keep on doing this and you will feel it hurt

I vote squats. <3 squats.

If you do them correctly the glutes are the prime movers so your bum will firm up.
