Hey guys.
i do a regular amount of excersize and eat healthily and not too much.
i am generally happy with my body (except for some weight gain upon starting on the pill again) but i have noticed something.
my ass used to be super firm and perky, something i took for granted until swimsuit season...
last weekend i got out the swimmers and realised that they now cut into my butt cheeks like they never used to. i then realised that i get VPL (visible panty line) under clothes where this was never an issue for me.
this isnt about weight, or about fitness, because i am pretty happy with both of those, but i just want to know how to firm up the butt.
squats? lunges? what?
or do some people just have soft bodies?
