Nope, OP is right. There is only one value for sin (correct) in the first 360 degrees, but since this question specifies sin3x, means 3 revolutions and thus 3 answers.

I think what braintic meant was that technically speaking, writing sin^-11 only gives one angle, not the other angles which are also solutions. If you learn inverse trig functions (this is an ext1 topic) sin^-11 = pi/2 only.
