I'm looking at the handbook for Media (Media Production) at UNSW and I'm picking out the courses I'm planning to do, but some of the courses for the criteria I'm required to have I can't select and enroll in. Like having a prescribed media and media production core, I can't select and enroll in either ARTS2092 Global Media or ARTS2091 Mobile Cultures as my prescribed media core, and in SART1606 Drawing for Media as my prescribed media production core. Did I read the guidelines wrong?

In terms of ARTS2092 Global Media and ARTS2091 Mobile Cultures you can only take those in stage 2 I'm pretty sure, because the first number is a 2 and your sample program tells you to take it in semester two of second year. Also with SART1606 I checked the handbook and it's only offered on the COFA campus, not the Kensington one. So when you go to add a course, uncheck Kensington campus and check 'All' instead, and that should bring up SART1606 for you to enrol in.

The prerequisite for those courses is that you do 30 units of level 1 studies. At least 5 first year subjects have to be completed before you can do them.
Oh thanks, both of you. So I have to put in a certain amount of UOC in order do some other courses, but does it include the courses from level 2 & 3 or do I have to enroll into all the given courses within the first level to enroll into other courses that require say 30 UOC?
